Clean, quiet room and low cost

Although it was a non-smoking hotel, a stale smoky odor permeated the entire building. It was worse in the hallways and looby than it was in the room. They tried to mask the odor with a disinfectant smell, but that wasn't really working.

We appreciated the food and service, no complains at all. Location suited our needs. Stay there and enjoy your Northborough city break.

Room was clean, quiet and the bed provided a good night's sleep. They had a functional fitness room, although it was slightly overheated.

They didn't even supply Kleenex in the room. We asked for a nonsmoking, but the pillows and blankets all smelled of smoke. We were very dissatisfied left after one night we were suppose to stay for 5 nights. I would not recommend this to anyone.

No continental breakfast :( but we werent surprised by that. And the room key says that dominos delivers, we called tthem and they didnt!

The location of the hotel provides convenient access to both the turnpike and the Boston area. Additionally, the rooms are clean and not too loud, offering a comfortable sleep experience.

The concierge was rude upon arrival, making for a disappointing start to the stay.

The people working at the front desk were very nice.

They charged me more than the posted/advertised rate because I booked it through Booked.net. I will not use this website again.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were generally clean. the hotel was also located near some nice restaurants and a bar. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were some issues with the rooms, such as broken lamps or spotty internet connection. the hotel was also undergoing renovations, which made it somewhat difficult to navigate.

Clean fridge/microwave

Mold on bathroom ceiling. Entire room and hallway smells like a mixture of body odor, dust, and cleaning agents. Very strong smell. Enough to make me look for another hotel when I visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and we were able to sleep soundly in the comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the workout room, were commendable. However, it was unfortunate that the workout room was too warm to use. Despite this, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Boston area, as it was conveniently close to the turnpike.

Room was pretty clean and not too loud. Able to sleep well in the bed. Had a workout room but was too hot to use.

Price was misleading witheld taxes until my arrival. Concierge was pretty rude upon arrival. Different concierge the next day was nice. No shampoo/conditioner or breakfast options. Our sink was cracked in multiple places and pipe was leaking onto floor. Door to bathroom wouldn't close all the way. Main light flickered and provided poor tint.
